Platform created to coordinate the relationship between international NGOs, national organisations and suppliers in Colombia. The interface translates complex procurement and contracting processes into journeys that are understandable, reliable and scalable. Built on Laravel, Next.js, SQL and AWS. How can humanitarian procurement become easier to understand for organizations and suppliers working across different responsibilities? We mapped role-specific journeys, made process states visible and designed reusable patterns for onboarding, requests, notifications and follow-up. The interface was developed alongside engineering and Scrum rituals so the system could grow without fragmenting. A clearer B2B platform for procurement and contracting in Colombia’s humanitarian sector.
