Redesign of the experience of Colombia's national territorial-planning platform. The work ordered high-density institutional content for citizens, researchers, institutions and public officials, prioritising legibility, navigation and uneven connectivity conditions. How can a national public platform make dense territorial knowledge useful across regions, devices and connection speeds? We restructured the information architecture before styling the interface, then tested navigation, search, agendas and learning resources as connected paths. Responsive patterns and visible context help users understand where they are and what they can do next. A more navigable public-service experience for territorial planning and knowledge.
